ABOUT US

David Chilcote II, MSW, President and CEO of HomeHealthRecruiter.com, Inc. became a Home Health Executive Vice President and Administrative Director in 1998.  He managed two home health agencies in South Florida and was an active member in the Florida Association for Home Health (AHHIF) during his tenure.  David also participates actively in the on-line presence of home health through the National Association of Home Care (NAHC) and the very active home health list serves.  He is a Master's prepared Social Worker and Psychotherapist, graduating from Indiana University in 1983.  His dual bachelor's degrees are in Psychology and Marriage Counseling from Anderson College, now Anderson University in Indiana.

He began HomeHealthRecruiter.com, Inc. because he loves home health and knows our industry's most respected employers, how our industry operates, what kind of character, skill, and talent is required for most newly created or currently vacant positions.  He recruits only top-talented employees and works exclusively with high integrity employers.  Using resources reserved only for the upper-level talent recruiters in our nation, David is capable of putting employees of excellence in front of employers in need, quickly.  His professional training and experience as a Master's-degreed Social Worker allows him to "know" his candidates and easily identify the best candidate for openings, separating out mediocrity from persons of excellence.  He never suggests employees that he himself wouldn't hire.

The success of any recruiter depends upon their ability to secure employers who are searching to hire people that can meet their current needs.  Typically, when traditional methods of finding employees fail, including advertising and word of mouth employers turn to HomeHealthRecruiter.com, Inc. for help.
